Your payment information is securely processed by our trusted third-party providers (Square, Stripe, and Afterpay) and is never stored directly on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

To forge and deliver your orders (sharing necessary shipping details with Australia Post).

To communicate with you regarding your bespoke commissions or customer service inquiries.

To send updates on new forge drops and upcoming markets, but only if you explicitly opted into our mailing list at checkout.

The Cut Card (Sharpening Rewards)

When you use our in-person sharpening service at markets, we create a Cut Card to track your visits and rewards. To do this, we collect your name, one contact detail (email or mobile), and a photo of the knives you bring us.

We use the photo only as a record to recognise your knives on future visits and to track your sharpening history. We contact you only about your rewards and services — never spam, and never shared or sold.

Your Cut Card photos and details are kept while you're an active customer and deleted on request at any time. Just contact us at hearthfireforge@outlook.com.

Sharing Your Details

We will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

We only share it with the essential third parties required to operate the forge (such as our website host, payment processors, and postal services).

Your Rights
