We do not offer formal, modern apprenticeships. We teach the craft the old way. This is a profit-share mentorship: you earn a direct percentage of the pieces you help create, paid only when that blade finds its collector.
Experience is preferred — even if your foundation was built on months of obsessively studying knife-making on YouTube. However, be warned: the reality of this craft is not just striking hot steel. Your days will be heavy on grinder work, handle glue-ups, and hours of relentless hand-sanding.
It is dirty, exacting, and repetitive work that produces masterpieces. You bring the sweat and the discipline; we teach the fire.
